The Alamodome is a multi-purpose domed stadium in San Antonio, Texas, United States. Opened in 1993 and owned by the City of San Antonio, it hosts large-scale sports events (including the college football Alamo Bowl and NCAA basketball tournaments), concerts, conventions and other professional and collegiate events.
